On the day of your departure, please call Premier Meet and Greet on 07531 366 786 when you are approximately 10 to 15mins away from Gatwick Airport. Good indications are if travelling from the North when you exit the M25 onto the M23 and if travelling from the South when you pass Pease Pottage Services.

South Terminal Departures

1. Follow the road off the roundabout and follow signs for PASSENGER DROP OFF. Staying in your lane, it will merge with the one on the right (this is usually the busiest) as you pass the ramp going to the now closed off upper level, you will be guided right just before the normal right corner, down into the bus lane.
2. Please ensure you drive through 3 pedestrian crossings, then pull over on the left hand side.

North Terminal Departures

1. Pass the South terminal exit and follow the signs to the North terminal. Take the second exit of the large roundabout and follow the road round to your right staying in that lane.
2. Keep the very large white building (Sofitel Hotel) on your right.
3. Filter to the right and follow signs to PASSENGER DROP OFF (This is painted on the road). You should find yourself in the main area near the front of the Sofitel Hotel.

To assist Premier Meet and Greet in providing a prompt and efficient service, please provide us with the following information that must be checked with the Valet driver:

• Correct mobile telephone number
• Return Date
• Landing time
• Return Flight number
• Terminal

On return, please call 07531 366 786 as soon as you are in possession of your luggage.

If you require assistance with your luggage or if it would be helpful to position your car nearer to the end of the walkways, to better aid yourself or your travelling companions, please advise the controller.

Please do not leave your car unattended or with any personnel other than Premier Meet and Greets.

As with all personal belongings please do not leave any personal or valuable items in your car.
